By sea .....
A small bay sheltering behind Adatepe Burun with a 40 metre sounding shown at the entrance on Turkish chart 311.
There is a conspicuous watch tower on the headland to the east of the bay.
Approach is straightforward however care must be taken of a reef extending about 100 metres out from the middle of the by.
Good shelter from the Meltem although a small swell works its way in to the bay.
The only place to avoid this is on Ogun's jetty.
Drop your anchor about half a boat length from the stone breakwater and moor stern to at the jetty.
This can not be missed, a large and very rickety T shaped construction bedecked with flags from all nations.
The jetty was built by Ogun but is now managed by the local council who employ Zafer to take your lines.
The jetty costs around US$5 per night. Electricity and Water are available.
By Land.....
Bodrum and Dalaman airports provide international access.
Ogun's Place is about half an hour by minibus from Datca (runs 4 times a day in high season - less often out of season).
You can get here from Dalaman in about 3 hours by road.

Ogun has a minibus and is able to pick guests up by special request.
